First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower peninsula. Cosy spacious apartment is ideal as a central base to explore all of West Wales. The cycle track takes you one way to Swansea & The Gower or the other way to Burry Port harbour & Pembrey. Tenby is a one hour drive away. Ideal for 4 guests but can fit up to 5 if 2 adults, 3 children The space 2 bedroom flat on the first floor. Open plan kitchen diner with sliding doors onto a small balcony overlooking the beach. Two staircases to get to the front door of the flat(no lifts). The bathroom has a bath and a shower. Myself (Samantha) or Andrew will be available for you throughout your stay to help you with any queries you may have regarding the apartment or the local area and it’s amenities. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas of the apartment Other things to note There are no lifts in the building so all guests would need to be able to get up two sets of 8 steps to access the front door which is on the first floor
