Our pet friendly, spacious loft apartment is located in the heart of downtown San Clemente close to the beach, and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Unbeatable views of the ocean, sunset and downtown San Clemente from the living room. The space Located in the heart of downtown San Clemente you'll be able to walk everywhere from our place. The apartment has amazing views of downtown San Clemente and Catalina Island. The sunsets here are AMAZING. This is a spacious, bright, comfortable one bedroom loft style apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. We offer fast wifi, AC and all the comforts of home. Please note, due to our location in the heart of downtown, you may hear occasional street noise. We have installed double paned windows but if you're a sensitive sleeper our location may not be the best fit for you. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note The airbnb is in a locked building with 4 private apartments. We value the comfort and privacy of all of our guests. Please note our house rules. Guests who violate these rules will have their reservations cancelled immediately without refund. We do not allow any parties or disruptive behavior anywhere on the property. We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property, this includes the sidewalks and parking areas in front of the businesses. This listing has a maximum guest occupancy of 2 guests, those listed on the reservation. We do not allow unregistered guests on the property at anytime. We welcome well behaved dogs, with prior approval. Dogs cannot be left in the airbnb unattended at anytime due to issues with barking and property damage. We charge a $75 pet fee (per dog) to cover extra cleaning and wear and tear. If you bring your dog without notifying us beforehand the pet fee is $500, and your stay could be subject to cancellation. Our pet fee covers normal cleaning for pets. If excessive hair or pet damage is discovered, we may request additional payment via Airbnb. By booking, guests accept responsibility for any damages or additional cleaning required to remove pet hair on the furniture. The unit is located on the second story in a building with no elevator. You will need to climb approximately 18 stairs. There is not a designated parking spot for the unit. We have 3 shared spots for our building, which are first come, first serve, behind the building but a spot here is not guaranteed to be available. Free street parking is available in the neighborhood. Our apartment also provides security utilizing electronic door locks with custom individual key codes for each guest, which records each entry and exit on a history report. Rest assured your safety and security is our priority. We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our normal cancellation policy at the time of booking. Weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., do not qualify for a refund. We are unable to change dates after the reservation is confirmed, unless you are extending your stay.
