Independent studio with pool in Marseille

You will appreciate the place for its quiet and rural environment, not far from the country of Pagnol. It is perfect for couples or solo travelers. I speak Spanish and German. I can get by in Italian The space My property (with private parking) is 1000 m², in a quiet environment. The room is located in the garden, under the terrace, with 2 windows and a front door, making it completely independent. It is 21 m² with a toilet and a walk-in shower. There is a small fridge, microwave, TV and 2 twin beds (which can be brought together for those who do not like to be separated...) Outside you can enjoy our pool from June to September (weather permitting), and our barbecue to prepare grilled food. The housekeeper is called KUN, of Malinois breed. For this reason, we do not accept pets or children under 12 years old. Guest access The path to the house is a dead end. It is intended for any vehicle up to 3.5T and 2 meters wide. Two-way traffic at 30 km/h. PLEASE NOTE... the entrance to the property is THROUGH THE GATE SHOWN IN THE PHOTO. During your stay I am available to guests. My goal is for them to have a pleasant stay.
