Our lovingly renovated house, a former farmhouse and one of the oldest buildings in the picturesque mountaineering village of Mauthen, is located right in the center of the village. The elaborate renovation combines tradition with today's amenities and invites you to relax and unwind. Whether an active vacation or a pleasure trip – here you will find the perfect place to stay! The space This spacious house can accommodate up to six people and welcomes you with an impressive hallway, the so-called "Labe". This charming vaulted room serves as a stylish entrance to the spacious living room and the adjacent kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to modern comforts such as a freestanding e-stove with oven (90 cm), hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, contact grill and coffee machine, you will also find a traditional wood-burning stove that provides a special cooking experience. The cozy living room invites you to linger. A large dining table can accommodate up to eight people, while the tiled stove provides additional coziness and warmth. Two bathrooms are at your disposal: the bathroom on the ground floor has a freestanding bathtub, a vaulted ceiling and a wood-burning stove – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The second bathroom upstairs is designed as a shower room. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms that can accommodate a total of four people. In addition, there are storage and work facilities. Two more sleeping places can be found on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. For cozy movie nights, the living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player. A small garden with arbor is also part of the house. Sun loungers as well as a table and chairs invite you to linger and enjoy beautiful summer evenings outdoors.
