Welcome to the dream by the sea. Lush garden, private pool, barbecue area, guest house and fifty steps down to the sea with the white sandy beach. Here, it is quiet but still close to nice restaurants with good food. The space This super cozy house right by the sea has everything you can wish for. Sauna if you get frozen after a dip and heated pool (28 degrees) if you prefer. The large house has a double bed overlooking the ocean and two single beds (which can be put together), laundry room, TV with basically all streaming services, Xbox One X. Fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with sauna and laundry room. Wood-burning stove is in the large house which also has underfloor heating. There is also a guest house with two bunk beds, a private toilet and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer compartment. Outdoor shower, pool, lush garden and located right on the beach. Guest access The whole house, some storage cabinets closed. Other things to note The house has solar cells and battery, thus the house supplies itself with electricity for most of the summer, is also connected to the general electricity grid. Electric car chargers are available and included (reasonable use).
