Stylish semi-detached house on 2 floors with spacious outside patio and private garden. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with wooden table and chairs, open space living room, big bathroom with shower. TV with PC and Mac cable connection and Wi-Fi internet. On the 1st floor there are 2 large double bedrooms with balcony, 1 smaller double bedroom with sofa-bed and 1 bathroom with bath The outside area has wooden table and chairs, 2 deck-chairs, BBQ and parking space. The space The entire house is extremely well-furnished, spacious and ideal for families or small groups of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped, for those who like cooking at home and setting up lovely summer dinners. You will find wine glasses to enjoy the delicious local wine. If you prefer eating al fresco, then you can make use of the outside wooden tables and chairs. The open-space living room has a large sofa which can accomodate up to 5 people, if you love relaxing in front of the TV. The bathrooms are wide and provided with all the necessary. In the two double bedrooms you will find king-size beds and a lovely balcony with beautiful view on the Apuane Alps. The third bedroom can fit 2 people and has a big wardrobe with mirror doors. FOR BABIES: we provide cribs, high-chairs and changing-table. Outside there is a shower, very useful when coming home from the beach and don't want to spread the sand all around the house. You will find a fantastic barbecue! There is also space for one car, for those who prefer having it inside and not leaving it on the street. Guest access The guests are welcome to use the entire house. Other things to note There are six bikes available on site.
