There are two large GARDENS, one on the street where you enter and the other more reserved in the back of the house, with an extendable table for up to 12 seats for dinners with friends and a large wooden veranda that ensures shade in the hottest times of the day and privacy.  The living area is connected to the garden through the kitchen window door, so you have everything at your fingertips. The living area consists of a large open space with a double sofa bed, 32”LCD TV and two comfortable relaxed armchairs where you can devote yourself to reading or a happy chat, both inside the house and outside in the garden, because they are very practical to move around. The KITCHEN is comfortable and comfortable, equipped with all appliances and also has all the accessories and dishes ( plates,glasses, cutlery, pots,pans, various accessories, etc. ) that I make available for you, so if you want you don't have to bring them from home. There's also a capsule espresso machine for you. You will also find a comfortable indoor table where you can have breakfast with the whole family or have lunch or dinner. Living and sleeping areas are divided by a door. The sleeping area consists of a delightful and large bedroom with a double bed and a very large closet. If you prefer, there are also sheets and towels. Bedroom sleeps 3 with a bunk bed, a single bed and a large closet. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Also in the sleeping area there is a storage room with several shelves. In the back garden there is a covered area with a laundry corner equipped with a washing machine and drying rack  The vacation home has windows in all rooms and all with MOSQUITO NETS, being on the ground floor is very cool and ventilated. Inside, there's a hairdryer and straw. The vacation home is located in the town center of Sabaudia 3 minutes from the center (town square) by car and 10 minutes walking. You can reach the seafront in different ways, or by car ( 4 min), by bicycle, through the roundabout with a stop very close to home and for the more sporty ones on foot. There is a large supermarket for shopping very close to home that runs late into the night. Nearby is also the Circeo National Park and the lake where you can take a nice walk or bike ride surrounded by nature. There are many places to visit around Sabaudia, including the Ponza and Palmarola islands. The different coastal lakes, the Circeo promontory, historical points, Roman villas, Temple of Giove Anxur, Fossanova Abbey, the Privernum Archaeological Area, Ninfa Garden etc. City to visit near Sabaudia are Latina, San Felice Circeo, Terracina, Sperlonga, Gaeta etc. For the fun of the little ones and to spend an alternative day moving from Sabaudia there are several attractions: The MIAMI BEACH LATIN water park is a 30-MINUTE drive away. 1 h there is ZooMARINE water theme park TORVAIANICA-POMEZIA 1 h there is CINECITTÀ WORLD ROME amusement park N.B.
