Situated on our quiet small holding in the hamlet of Tresaith, but only a 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Tresaith and the coastal footpath. Free range chickens and rare breed sheep. The space Converted open plan barn conversion with upstairs gallery overlooking sitting room area. Two large bedrooms, one with double bed, the other twin beds and full size cot. Z bed also available for small adult/child. Log burner with complimentary basket of logs. 42" flat screen TV/dvd player and free stat, docking station, selection of dvds, books and board games. 2x 3 seater settees, dining table and chairs. Large bathroom with L shaped bath/shower vanity unit and WC. Well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, glass hob, microwave, table and chairs. Oil central heating throughout. Child's high chair provided. Small enclosed patio area with table chairs & BBQ. There is an adjoining orchard with seating, a picnic table and clothes line. PLEASE NOTE: During school holidays we only accept weekly booking from Friday to friday Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the house. There is plenty of off road parking outside the property in a private yard.
