Vipavska dolina The space The house is situated in a peaceful corner of a small village Velike Žablje in Vipava Valley, at a foot of Vipava hills that are suitable for hiking. The village is surrounded by vineyards, fields and orchards. Nearby there is a river Vipava. It is very appropriate for fishing. You can admire the beauty of nature while walking or cycling along the river. The house offers a great view on a nearby mansion called Velike Žablje and st. Florian′s church. On the others side you can see Vipavski Križ and the hills of Trnovo plateau. Beside the house there is a garden with vegetables and herbs and a trellis with grapes. The nearest town Ajdovščina is 6 km away, while Nova Gorica is 25 km distant from Velike Žablje. On the ground floor of the house there is a bathroom with a sink and a toilet, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven and a hotplate. The kitchen is fitted with cutlery and kitchen appliances. In the living room there is an extending couch where two people can sleep.There is also a TV. The ground floor offers a way out to the terrace and on to the garden. Guest can also use a grill on the terrace. On the upper floor there is a hall that leads to three bedrooms, a terrace and a bathroom that has got a shower, a bide, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine. In bedroom 1 there are two beds. Bedroom 2 has got a double bed and a terrace. In bedroom 3 there is one bed and an ironing board with an iron. Every bedroom has got a wardrobe. Guests get bed linen, 1 big and 1 small towel.
