A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets. The space There is Wifi in our house next door which you can pick up, but it can be temperamental! 1 basket of logs provided. Outdoor seating area. Off road parking on our driveway. Guest access We have a large driveway right outside the property. Guests have their own allocated parking space. A short path with one small step to the property. Self check- in via a key code lock box. Other things to note The log burner is there for your convenience, we provide 1 large basket of logs and kindling to get you started free of charge. Further logs can be provided at £5 per basket thereafter. The WiFi is boosted out to the B&B from our house. It is not always great or reliable (and yes, we have tried a multitude of boosters). The phone signal can be patchy too. Please bare this in mind when booking with us! We would hate for the lack of connectivity/Internet access to ruin your holiday! 😉
