The space Welcome to the Sea Breeze Beach House, a sustainable coastal escape just a six-minute walk to Manorbier Beach is set in its own south-facing, private, walled garden in the lovely coastal village of Manorbier. The sustainably designed Eco Studio is light and airy, but it is also cozy and warm with the log burner lit. The attention to detail within the studio. 🌿🥂 Secluded, private walled coastal garden with the sun loungers and outdoor patio table and chairs for meals and drinks outside. 🍺🍷 A pub and cafe are a 4-minute walk away from the Beach House. 🏰 Manorbier Castle. Whether you are seeking a romantic getaway, a peaceful solo retreat, or a base to explore the Pembrokeshire Coast, it is a wonderful escape from your busy lives, where you can relax, unwind, and daydream. After your journey, step inside this light, airy studio to find everything you need to refresh and recharge. Put the kettle on, relax, and put your feet up before enjoying some complimentary Welsh cakes and a slice of cake with a refreshing cup of tea or a warming hot chocolate. When it's time to sleep, enjoy a standard double bed with a comfortable pocket-sprung mattress and soft pillows, crisp cotton sheets, and fluffy white towels. You have a skylight, which you can either use for stargazing or close over with an electric blind. In the morning, you can decide whether to have a cafetiere of coffee or tea in bed, then open the bi-fold doors to enjoy the garden, birdsong, and the sounds of the sea. Your en suite shower room has a walk-in electric shower, complimentary Awel Y Mor (Sea Breeze) shower gel, and soap and shampoo from Myddfai, a local company that provides employment for adults with educational needs. There is a heated towel rail. If you fancy cooking during your stay, the kitchenette is well-equipped with an electric hob, oven, and a small 45-litre fridge, plus all the plates, glasses, utensils, and pans you could possibly need. Alternatively, you may prefer breakfast on the patio, which has a table and chairs. I provide a welcome breakfast basket with coffee, tea, milk, and homemade bread and jams. If you want to go out for breakfast, it is a four-minute walk to the Manorbier House Cafe, which is open all day from 10 am to 4 pm. There are several other local breakfast options. There is also a local shop with a post office for stocking up on essentials, or visit the fantastic Bubbleton Farm Shop and Cafe. In the late afternoon, you may fancy a barbecue on the patio, drinks, or a picnic at the beach watching the sunset or having a swim. Alternatively, it is only a 3-minute walk to the popular local pub, The Castle Inn, for a drink, good pub food, and plenty of locals relaxing in the outdoor garden. You can do as little or as much as you like; you are on a mini break. You can walk to the beach, take a coastal walk, or explore independently. Not only that, but you may just want to read a book, daydream, sleep on the sun loungers, and switch off, relaxing in the lovely private coastal garden. In the evening, settle down by the wood burner with a generous basket of wood and kindling to keep you cozy, or relax and watch a Netflix movie on the smart TV. If you want to stay in touch with the outside world, there is full fiber broadband and mobile coverage. The best signal in the center of the village is EE. If you fancy a stroll to Manorbier Beach, you will pass a medieval castle (well worth a visit). The beach is great for swimming, bodyboarding, and paddleboarding, and it's a local surf spot when there is a swell. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs along the beach, and there are three further beaches around Manorbier to explore via the coast path. The beautiful seaside town of Tenby, with a pretty harbour and stunning sandy beaches, is only 15 minutes by car. Alternatively, you can leave your car parked in the driveway and take the regular local bus service Monday to Saturday from Manorbier to Tenby and Pembroke, or take a train. Manorbier station is only about a 15-minute walk away. Manorbier is an ideal base to explore Pembrokeshire, its offshore wildlife islands, and St. David’s, the UK’s smallest city, with its stunning cathedral and bishop's palace. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues due to the uneven gravel path leading up to the patio and the raised steps. Staying here, you will experience slow travel, fresh sea air, and the simple luxury of a stay designed with sustainability in mind. Guest access Guests have a separate private entrance from the off street parking area, with a single allocated parking place. There are two steps and a shingle path leading up to the patio area and studio. It is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to the uneven surface of the shingle path, and steps from the car parking area which has no hand rails. There are also wooden shallow steps leading up to raised patio area. I Other things to note Full Fibre fast broadband. The best mobile signal is EE in the centre of the village is EE networks. Train Station which connects via Swansea to mainline routes. Hourly bus service to Pembroke and Tenby. The studio has a wired smoke alarm system which is connected to the main house. A carbon monoxide monitor, fire blanket and fire extinguisher. All electrical equipment is PAT tested by an electrician each year. The wood burner is Heatas registered and the chimney is swept annually. The studio and patio area are strictly a no smoking or vaping area. There are EV charging points in the beach car park and Manorbier Community centre hub.
