It is crucial to close the sunshade completely at night and in case of rain or wind, or if guests are not home. If the sunshade is left open at night or during inclement weather, and this causes damage to the arms or fabric, the guest will be held responsible for the repairs. The cost of replacing the sunshade arms is approximately €1000, while the cost of replacing the fabric is also around €1000. Tourist Tax: The municipality of Perledo requires a tourist tax for all guests staying in accommodation facilities. The tax is €3 per night for each adult (over 12 years old).
