Popular vacation home in the German Tuscany

Welcome to the German Tuscany! We have further renovated our popular vacation home over the winter - the bathroom has been expanded with an additional large sink, a separate dining room and the living room have been comfortably refurnished. The bedrooms on the upper floor can be air-conditioned in summer. The beautiful conservatory and balcony invite you to linger. We do NOT rent to fitters. The space The house is located in historic Dexheim. On the first floor, there is a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, dining room, living room and bathroom. The couch in the living room can - if necessary - be used as a sofa bed. Please let us know so we can provide bedding. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms - one with a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and one with a smaller double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). A small baby crib can also be provided here if necessary. All rooms upstairs are passage rooms. The conservatory and balcony are also on the upper floor. Guest access The house is fully available to our guests. Check-in is via a key box at the front door. Your hosts live in the neighboring house and will be happy to help if needed. Material about the area - events, sightseeing suggestions, hiking maps and cycling maps are available in the house. Other things to note For loading and unloading, you can park directly in front of the house. For long-term parking, there are free parking spaces on Dalheimer and Bahnstraße right around the corner. The fridge in the kitchen has NO freezer compartment - for frozen food we are happy to offer you an option outside the house - just let us know! For our American guests, it is good to know that grocery stores in Germany are closed on Sundays. If you arrive on a Saturday late, please let us know if you want us to buy something for you. You'll find bottled water, tea and coffee in our house. Let us know if you need anything else.
