Carey Street Guesthouse, The Beach Room

The Carey Street Guesthouse is conveniently located in Newport's Historic Fifth Ward in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops, Newport Harbor, Easton's Beach, the Cliff Walk and the Newport mansions. The Beach Room is a small room with a beach decor. The en suite bathroom is newly built with a large tiled shower. If you have forgotten any toiletries, you will find some in the cabinet/drawers. The space The Beach Room is located on the first floor, adjacent to the hosts' living quarters. It is a newly renovated private bedroom and newly installed private bathroom. The room has 1 king that can be split into two twins. (It will be set up as a king unless requested as twins.) The bed has a memory foam topper. Also included in the room are a TV, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron and ironing board, and breakfast foods. There is another guestroom, the Sun Room, located on the second floor which is larger and more expensive with driveway privileges and includes a jacuzzi tub. Guest access Guests have access to the private bed and private bath. They are welcome to enjoy the back patio and grill. During your stay We try to be home to welcome our guests. We respect their privacy, but we are also interested in getting to know guests if it is their preference. We are available by cell phone all the time and guests can knock on our door anytime. Other things to note You will need a pass to park on the street from May to October 1st from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. When you arrive park any where on the street . come right in and get the parking pass parking pass, which MUST be returned before you check out.
