We are renting this newly renovated two-room apartment with a fantastic lake panorama of Lake Maggiore. The apartment has a separate entrance and direct access to our pool, garden and the fantastic patio. The apartment is located in a so-called “place of power” – a suitable place for rituals, contemplation and healing. The apartment is for two people only. The use of the common areas such as the pool, garden and patio are included. The space - A Nespresso coffee maker is available. - Minibar bar (is filled once on arrival). - Starter package included (coffee capsules, tea, sugar, vinegar and oil, salt and pepper, detergent, dishwasher cleaner tabs, garbage bags, kitchen and toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, a small emergency pharmacy). - Smart TV for receiving Netflix, YouTube and Swisscom TV is available (VideoOnDemand can be purchased at an additional cost). - Wi-Fi is available free of charge. - Kitchen with dishwasher, glass ceramic stove and separate small oven - The bathroom has a shower with a cabin, toilet and sink. A hairdryer is provided. - Towels and bed linen are provided and a replacement is available in the closet. - Motor adjustable double bed with high quality mattresses (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) including blankets and pillows. - There are three large closets with plenty of storage space. - Windows partly with high-quality mosquito net, which can be opened and closed. - Living space: 50 m² Other things to note Tourist tax (TS) and advertising tax (TP) are included in the rental (TS CHF 2.00 + TP CHF 1.25 = CHF 3.25 per day/person over 14 years). Upon arrival, a photo / copy of the ID must be sent to the landlord by email. The use of the common areas such as the pool, garden and patio are included. The cost of water, electricity and heating are included in the rental price. From October to April, the apartment is only available from a minimum of 3 nights. From May to September, the apartment is only available from a minimum of 7 nights. Check-in is only possible on Thursdays throughout the year. Check-in is also possible on other days.
