Silverbank, built by Captain Patterson in 1770 has been fully refurbished over the past two years. It commands a prominent position in the town of Whiting Bay with its long sweeping lawn to the front. A newly installed deck to the front and 7 person hot tub has recently been installed May ‘24. The high vaulted ceilings of the ground floor give an incredible sense of space and grandeur befitting one of the oldest properties on the Island of Arran.
