The space In Beaufort sur Gervanne in the Vercors Nature Park, very close to the Drôme Provençale, our comfortable (air-conditioned) Guest House "L'Or Rouge de la Gervanne" consists of 3 rooms in a duplex for 4/5 people. Main Floor: - Furnished kitchen: - induction plate - hood, dishwasher - fridge with freezer - Multi-function oven (microwave) - Nespresso coffee machine - kettle, - toaster, - citrus press opens to the living room, with flat-screen TV, bar area and fireplace. Table with 5 chairs. Living room with sofa. Bathroom: - Walk-in shower - single washbasin - wall-mounted hair dryer - Bluetooth smart radio Separate toilet. Floor Large loft bedroom: Queen size bed (160 x 200). Folding bed (90 x 200). Closed bedroom: 2 single beds (90 x 200). Adjacent walk-in closet. Child safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Private terrace, south-facing, shaded, with wooden seating area, table, chairs and electric grill. View of the hills, mountains and the 10x5m pool (SHARED), open from 10 am to 8 pm, from July to late September (unsupervised); equipped with a bar cover that complies with the NF P 90-308 standard. The swimming pool area is closed and under video surveillance (outside opening hours) and reserved for guests only (no outside visitors). Petanque court Free private parking space on the property (secured: under video surveillance). Regarding charging of hybrid or electric cars, inquire beforehand or check on site. Towels and bed linen included (beds made upon your arrival). Provided (free of charge): - electric plancha - high chair - Umbrella bed with mattress. Loan on request: - fondue machine, raclette/pierrade/crepe maker. - board games - game console (Xbox 360) with many games Wi-Fi hotspot. No smoking allowed. Possibility to smoke in the terrace area.
