Large, very sunny house (200 m2) on three levels from the 30s, 8 min walk from downtown (shops, Saturday market, monuments, old Rabastens), with a huge wooded garden (2000 m2). The house is quiet, surrounded by trees and birds. Outside, you will find a nice terrace with seating area and large table for 10 people in the shade of a lime tree that overlooks a pergola under the vines for your summer meals. The space This is our year-round home that we rent out during our holidays. The equipment is simple but good quality. We provide our storage for clothes and remove our personal belongings as much as possible. The living area is on level 1, with living room, dining room and kitchen in an open space on the terrace, which descends to the garden. On the same floor there is a large double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a desk with a bed bed. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet. On level 2, there are two children's bedrooms available, each 20 m2 (one with a 120 cm bed and a junior sofa bed for children up to 5/6 years old) and another with a single bed in height and a single mattress (80 cm). The house also includes a ground floor with a laundry room and bicycle storage and space to store food and outdoor equipment of the house. Guest access You can walk to the city center.
