Welcome to your home away from home! We are currently seeking guests to occupy this beautiful private living space! This lovely band new modern apartment is located on beautiful Beacon Hill and is only an 8min walk to Light Rail, library, grocery store, restaurants, bars, and breweries. Downtown is a simple 5min drive and only a few min from the 90 or i5 freeways. You will love the location of this apartment and feel peaceful while still being very close to the city and everything you can need. The space We welcome you to our modern and stylish vacation rental condo, in a brand new building located in Beacon Hill, an upscale neighborhood of Seattle. The absolute best thing about this apartment is the location, located in Beacon Hill. 10 min walk to the Beacon Hill light rail, Red Apple, local coffee shops, restaurants and more! It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but it is minutes away from downtown and everything else you need to enjoy your stay in Seattle! Since the building was just built in 2016, everything is new, modern and stylish. There are nice views of Mt. Rainer and Seattle from the backyard you are welcome to use. The apartment itself is a modern open one-bedroom with hardwood floors and excellent furnishings. The huge windows provide ample light and a spacious feel to the condo. We have furnished this place such that you will feel absolutely at home. Between the plush queen bed, the sectional, and a queen blow-up mattress, this apartment will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Apart from the towels and linens already laid out, there are many more to spare in the closets. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances & is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, serve and enjoy a wonderful meal There is a brand new central AC unit wall mounted in the apartment. You can control it with a remote for your desired temperature. We think Internet is a basic utility and provide dedicated high-speed Wifi. There is a 55-inch HDTV with complimentary Netflix. Cable also included. It is a No Smoking room, so we will expect you to respect that and keep noise down to a minimal level after 9PM. Guest access Easy check-in instructions with use of Smart-lock. Other things to note This is the perfect spot if you are someone who enjoys the city life without all the noise of the downtown traffic. Work for Microsoft or Amazon and not sure how long you will be staying or just staying for a short time? This is the perfect place for you! Beacon Hill is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but downtown and other hot attractions are just minutes away. Get the city feel without having to be consumed by it :) If staying local is your thing, there are many local breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, yoga studios, and much much more all within walking distance from your front door.
