House surrounded by nature with beautiful terrace

This authentic stone house is located in a bucolic environment at the end of a small hamlet overlooking the valley. It has a very large covered terrace with stunning views, a private swimming pool, a beautiful kitchen/dining room with a very large fireplace, five comfortable bedrooms, a large entrance and three bathrooms, all tastefully furnished. With its pretty flowered garden, it is the starting point for many country walks. The space The house is the last of a small quiet hamlet. It is based on three levels: The living floor consists of a large entrance with toilet, kitchen/main room with fireplace overlooking the terrace, bedroom/living room with 120 cm bed and 140 cm sofa bed (ch3) with piano, small bedroom with 140 cm bed (ch2) and shower room with toilet adjoining both bedrooms. On the lower floor is a large bedroom (ch1) with a 180 cm bed overlooking the garden and pool as well as a large private bathroom (walk-in shower + bathtub) and separate toilets. On the upper floor is another large bedroom (ch4) with a 160 cm bed and a small crib. On this floor there is also a bedroom/dormitory (ch5) with two children's beds, a 120 cm bed, a 140 cm bed and many games, toys and children's books. Attention, the dormitory has a peculiarity: it is divided in its middle by a mistress beam below which you have to pass (about 1 m 20) to reach the cribs and the bed 140 cm. This floor is complete with a small bathroom (bathtub) with toilet. The house is therefore well suited to families and/or groups composed of up to 6-7 adults and and 3-4 children. Other things to note We provide tenants with bikes for all ages, a ping pong table, board games, toys and books for the youngest.
