The beach, Broadway, promenade, and Convention Center are all just down the street. My home is big enough for small families, but cozy enough for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Great location for smaller families with one parking space. Just a 5-minute drive to Tillamook Trail Head 1 block to bike rentals 1 block to mini market 1 block to estuary sand access 2 blocks to promenade 1 block to Expresso Guest access All access -- you have the whole upstairs duplex. Also enjoy the lower deck with access to the water. Other things to note Ocean facing deck offers lounging, sun bathing. BBQ available(July thru Sept) Ocean access from lower deck.Fire pit on deck Parking is for 1 vehicle. No smoking and no pets. No parties.
