Please be mindful we are located in the central spot of Hull's Old Town. Perfect for midweek exploring of the marina and old town and bustling with nightlife at the weekend (so do expect noise of nightlife at weekends). The space An entire apartment on the top floor of our 270 year old townhouse. You will access via timber stairs to the top floor. Expect open floor boards and original character of a 270 year old building but kitted out with modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. The apartment is set within a former liquor store and Georgian lodging house with 2 x other apartments available for short stays. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire apartment with the whole top floor to themselves. Other things to note Please be aware the building is very old, listed and set within a conservation area. Expect a few imperfections such as non-double glazed windows, creaky / open floor boards and cobbled street. We are also set within the old town of Hull which is usually tranquil and pleasant through the week but livens up from Thursday to Sunday so expect to hear the background noise of local bars and restaurants at weekends. We would recommend not staying at weekends if you are looking for a quiet retreat but if you are looking to check out Hull's nightlife on a weekend this place is for you. Monday to Thursday and through the day the location is perfect for history and marina tours.
