Large gardens are adjacent to the property across the private lane. A covered courtyard entrance leads to a gravelled patio and lawn with trees and field views. Relax with comfortable garden furniture and BBQ. Storage area for beach gear and bikes EV chargers within 5 min drive. *unfortunately the property is not suitable for children under 12 years. St Agnes is a vibrant community with everything available (not much need to hop in the car). Bus stops dotted around the village. Great local taxi service to plan cost path walking. Trains and station 6 miles away with regular bus connections. Newquay airport 15 miles away with taxi pick up available. (Transport folder in the property for more information). Parking is on street - there is a local pay and display a short distance away. (However in high season or if in difficulty there may be a private space available, please contact me).
