TI'LU is a cozy and warm apartment located in the hyper center of Nantes, in a lively area (shops and restaurants nearby), ideal for staying and discovering the city of the Dukes of Brittany on foot. It is located a 5-minute walk from the airport shuttle, close to tram lines 2 and 3 and paid parking (Feydeau or Commerce). The space The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building without elevator access. Access to the accommodation is via a slightly narrow stone staircase (about 1 meter). It has been refurbished and has a beautiful view of the rooftops of Nantes. It benefits from sunshine all day and has all the comforts you need for your stay (washer/dryer; microwave and oven function; Dolce Gusto coffee machine). Tram lines 2 and 3 pass close to the building. Guest access The apartment is rented in its entirety.
