VILLA SYMEON The villa has two floors of a total of 105 m² of living space and is habitable all year round thanks to underfloor heating. In front of the house entrance is a spacious terrace. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, hallway and a bathroom. Upstairs are kitchen, living and dining room. A fully equipped laundry room is available for guests in the basement. The space Villa Symeon is located in the center of the traditional mountain village of Kazaviti, whose location on the slope of a wide green valley, 300 m above sea level, offers stunning views of mountains and sea. Although the villa was built on the foundations of an old house and adapted to the traditional construction method, its furnishings correspond to European standards. With a living area of 105 m², spread over two floors, it is spacious and comfortable. Underfloor heating makes it habitable even in the cooler season. On the first floor, with entrance via a terrace in front, guests can expect three cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed, cabinets and air conditioning. A large, modernly furnished bathroom with separate shower, toilet, sink with substructure can be reached from all bedrooms via a corridor. On the second floor is the heart of the villa: a large living room with fireplace, a round dining table for 6 people, armchairs and a pull-out sofa bed. Through a passage, which is provided with a large wall cabinet for the laundry of the house, the open-plan and generously equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired, is connected. Both opposite rooms have access via the passage to a spacious, covered loggia, which is provided with a table and wicker chairs, making the stay outdoors very pleasant. In addition, you can also admire the evening sunsets from here. With access from the kitchen, a second shower room with toilet has been set up, which has proven its worth when the villa is heavily occupied. Above the house is a terrace garden with fruit trees and a vineyard. Here adults can stay and children can find good play opportunities. A garage on the ground floor and a suitably furnished laundry room complete the facility. For most guests, Villa Symeon has the charm of a single-family home to which they like to return because they can spend their holidays there with their family in a protected and completely intimate way. The villa sits above the village square, which is shaded by huge, centuries-old plane trees. Here you will find a popular restaurant with excellent cuisine and a café where you can find enjoyment and relaxation right outside the front door without having to travel long distances afterwards. The village of Kazaviti is one of the four settlements of the Prinos area on Thassos. The extensive beaches are located within a radius of 6 to 10 kilometers from the village. The lush green and original landscape offers nature lovers and hikers a variety of opportunities for activities and recreation. The road to the village leads through olive groves and forest areas and is well developed. The island of Thassos, the green jewel of the Aegean, whose history dates back to antiquity and has rich archaeological finds, still exerts a strong attraction to guests from all over the world. The island can be reached from the mainland by car ferry from Kavala or the port of Keramoti.
