Ashcombe Farm is 5 bedroom farmhouse set within a huge garden & countryside setting. Perfect for large families & friends to come together enjoy time together. Outdoor pool and hot tub. Located in the South Hams village of Yealmpton, its is perfectly positioned for peace and quiet whilst being near to the beaches, village life and just 8 miles from the Plymouth. Please note booking dies not include hot tub within the fee but can be added The space The house is located in Yealmpton, South Hams, Devon with 360-degree views of countryside. Accessed through a private driveway of parking outside the property. The house has an extensive garden, access to the outside heated pool and BBQ area for alfresco dinning. Entrance to the house is via the front porch, to the left a boot room for storage, large comfortable lounge area with Sky TV. The well-equipped kitchen offers a large double oven, dishwasher and is open plan with the dining area that can comfortably sit 10. The large conservatory is accessible via the dining area and is a great place to sit and watch the wildlife in the back garden. A downstairs king size bedroom and en-suite. Upstairs, 2 further king size bedrooms, one en-suite, master bathroom, twin bedroom and bed 4 with bunkbeds. A 6-8 person hot tub can be added at an additional cost and subject to availability. Please note the pool will be closed from the end of October - Spring 2024 Dogs are welcome and charged at £25 per dog per stay. We will provide the basic essentials for your first day or so such as hand soap, couple of toilet rolls, washing up liquid, couple of dishwasher tablets. Guest access The house, pool and garden is solely used by Ashcombe guests and not shared. Other things to note Swimming pool will be open from late April 2024- Sept 2024 The temperature of the pool is dependent on the outside temperature and will range from 18 degrees upwards
