Magreste Holiday House

Semi-detached house. The house has three levels and it's compesed by: at the ground floor a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bunk bed, bathroom with washing machine. At the first floor a kitchen and a living room with a terrace with mountains view. At the second floor double bedroom with an en suite. There is a large garage a few meters from the house. The house is located in the old central area of the village at 300 meters from the lake and from the Path of the Wanderer. The space Magreste Holiday House develops on three levels connected by a peculiar wood staircase. Even though is located in an old court, it has some private space, as a small garden and a spacious terrace with mountains view. The living room and the kitchen are small but cozy and provided with every comfort and with direct access to the terrace. The double bedroom has an en suite and it's charaterised by wood rooftop. The second bedroom, at the ground floor, is spacious and particularly cool in summer. It provides a bunk bed and a double bad. The principal bathroom is spacious and there is a washing machine. A few feet from the house (40 meters, 1 minute walk) there is a wide garage. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, equipped with a terrace for exclusive use, to a garage a few meters from the house and to the common courtyard, in which there is another small area for exclusive use. Other things to note The municipality of Abbadia Lariana has established the payment of the tourist tax: the cost is €1 per night per person, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children and young people up to 14 years of age and anyone over 65 are not subject to the tax. The tax's payment must be made in cash at check-oute and a regular receipt will be issued.
