Discount for longer stays. NB: We ONLY rent to guests with good reviews. Apt: Kitchen, 1 bedroom (dbl + bunk). Lovely village w/ great restaurants incl Michelin-star. No pets/smoking/parties! The space The apartment: (Italiano sotto): Rooms: One bedroom with a double bed + bunk bed + cot for babies A bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet A kitchen with a kitchen window "bar", + kitchen table with chairs for four, a high chair for babies, dishwasher, fridge + freezer and all kinds of utensils. A living room with a larger table for eating. A double sofa that converts into a bed (we suggest the flat is used for a maximum of four-five people) A comfortable "big chair" or small sofa that converts into a bed for one (not really good for sleeping for more than a night, or for children) Plenty of games and books. A half moon shaped pool for the whole complex (shared) that is very refreshing - with beautiful views of the Chianti landscape. Pool opens between end of easter / beginning of may and stays open normally until the beginning of october. Laundry, book-exchange, gym/fitness-room and ping pong table (shared). We don´t have a TV or internet in the apartment. The router was destroyed in lightning, and getting it replaced from Norway (where we live) has been extreemely difficult. Gaiole: Beautiful village just a short stroll (5-7 minutes) for lunch or dinner in beautiful Gaiole. Several good restaurants within walking distance, including a one-star Michelin restaurant. In addition, a COOP-store, a vegetable-shop, a pharmacy, bars, wine bars, etc. There is a small "Piazza" in the shared areas outside the apartment, where we have a small table and four chairs. It is possible to eat home-cooked meals here (but it gets dark in the evening). Rent of linen and towels must be organised locally, since AirBnB does not provide a possibility to add this to the booking pr person. 15 euro per person pr stay. To be left in the apartment when you depart, or I can ask it via AirBnB (up to you). Use of A/C: 15 euro pr day. This is actually less than the real cost. Will be asked for directly (via AirBnB) before arrival. Key box with code for access without host. The host lives in Norway, but answers quickly to any questions. Libri, giocchi +++. Non abbiamo TV. Internet purtroppo era distrutto dal fulmine, non sappiamo quando possiamo arreglarlo. Ma era molto lento, non molto funzionante. Cucina: Tutto necessario per cucinare. Tavolo per 4 + un piccolo "banco" alla finestra per 2. Bello vedere i rondini nella "finestra bar". Fuori: Possibilita di mettere un piccolo tavolo e 4 sedie fuori al piccolo "Piazza" commune sotto il apartamento. A/C e biancheria: Uso di A/C: Supplemento di 15 euro al giorno (lo chiedo per transfer tra AirBnB). Afitto di biancheria: 15 euro a persona - da lasciare direttamente all'appartamento per la donna che fa la pulizie e biancheria. Domande? Va bene, chiedermi!
