Playa Mijas Costas

Playa Mijas is set between Marbella and historic Malaga. Just a two minute walk from the beach, it's ideal for couples, families or solo adventurers. We are in close proximity to Fuengirola castle, waterpark and Bioparc. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, along with a sofa bed in the living room. No gas appliances in the apartment. Hence no carbon monoxide detectors needed. The space The apartment has been fully refurbished recently and comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room with washing machine, and a living room. The living room has a dining table, large L-shaped sofa, LCD TV and speaker system. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan are present in every room. The property boasts a fantastic terrace with ocean views where a patio table and chairs can be found, as well as a sunbed. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed with access to the terrace and is en-suite with bath/shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and both have ample wardrobe space. There is an additional bathroom with bath & shower. The property is professionally cleaned and the bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided of good quality. A safe deposit box is provided for guests that would like to store valuables. Guest access Accessed to the apartment from a private entrance parallel to the beach with private parking in a gated community. Other things to note *The apartment is professionally cleaned along with the provision of clean and pressed bed sheets, hand/bath and beach towels. We are able to schedule mid-stay clean/turnovers at €60 per visit upon request. We have put a lot of care and attention into restoring the apartment and ask that you treat this property as you would treat your own home. To keep the apartment nice I'm afraid we don't allow pets or smoking within the property and we don't accept bookings for events, nor hen/stag/bachelor parties. Sorry, We hope you understand.
