House is located in the northern part of the Velebit mountain, at 650 m above sea level. It has an unique location with only 12km from Adriatic Sea and 20 km from the Zavižan, Northern Velebit National Park. Location is ideal for all those looking for active holidays and outdoor activities , hiking, trekking, cycling, or swimming and diving in the sea! House in the nature where you can enjoy peace and quiet.or you can enjoy the wellness of the indoor sauna and jacuzzi with a view of the sea! The space The house has 74 m2 divided in 2 bedrooms, one bedrooms with double bed, and one room with 2 single bed, living room with extender sofa, kitchen and a bathroom. It is located in the nature so you can walk around and go hiking and cycling everywhere you want. There is a terrace with a big wooden table and chairs, sunbeds and jacuzzi, hot tub in front of the house. NEW IN THE OFFER: within the house there is a new special room - WELLNESS - sauna, yacuzzi, chromotherapy with a unique view of the forest, the sea and the sunset!!! Guest access Guest have access to evertying around. There is a barbecue on the premises available for use. Other things to note I own a restaurant in Senj where you can enjoy in delicius sea food. I also have a speedboat so we can arrange drives along the coast and to the nearby beaches and panorama city!
