In a quiet residential area in the north of Zurich, we offer a beautiful, bright roof apartment with bathroom, kitchen, living / dining area and two bedrooms. The outside area with pergola and barbecue is open for sharing. Oerlikon railway station is less than a ten-minute walk from the apartment and the exhibition hall and the "Hallenstadion" are a 15-minute walk away. Airport and city center can be reached comfortably within minutes by public transportation. The space The apartment is newly renovated and furnished with love. There is no washing machine. The host offers a laundry service if necessary. Guest access We live on the lower two levels of the house. You share the entry with us, but you have your own lockable door to the apartment. Other things to note Free parking spaces are hard to find in the surrounding area. Day passes here cost 15 francs per day. If you wish, you can rent our parking space including wall box in the neighboring underground car park. Cost here: also 15 francs.
