The space A restored old farmer house ("cascina") on hill slopes offers two first floor bedrooms sleeping five persons, one living room and two bathrooms, one with iron bath tube Victorian style and the other with white marble lined shower. The kitchen is on ground floor, opening on the lawn and dining areas. Guest access Property is reachable by car 2 minutes off the main road (strada provinciale 592) in Calamandrana, direction Calamandrana Alta (old village); after 150 mt turn left on a small road with sign "frazione Chiesavecchia" and follow the sign to Alle Rive Bed'n'Books Personal ID cards or passports will be required at arrival for registration in Questura di Asti. When here, our guests will be able to enjoy the two acre property which is all fenced; dogs have also all the upper lawn fenced as dog area so they can run safely. There are 8 cats living in the area, so the place is not suitable for people allergic to cat hair (even though the apt is maintained cat-free, hair flies in the wind!)
