"Les Bartavelles" Gîte

Located in the Saint-Didier oak grove and on the same property as our house, come and stay in a fully new, independent, air-conditioned cottage measuring 70 m² (750 sq. ft.). Enjoy a beautiful outdoor area, shaded by tall oak trees, and let yourself be lulled by the songs of the cicadas in a very peaceful neighborhood. No pets allowed to stay in our cottage. Cottage for 4 people only, including babies. Thank you for your understanding. The space ✨ Discover a comfortable and carefully furnished cottage, ideal for a quiet stay in Provence. The living room, with its warm parquet floor, offers a beautiful, convivial space including a fully equipped kitchen: induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and kettle. Opening onto the living room, it will allow you to fully enjoy your time with family or friends thanks to the sofa, the two armchairs and the TV at your disposal. 🌙 The sleeping area, with a clean style and a polished concrete floor, consists of two comfortable bedrooms: • one bedroom with 140 x 200 cm double bed • one bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 and dressing room The accommodation also has a modern bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a separate toilet. 🌿 Outside, you will enjoy two private spaces: A first area located in front of the cottage, furnished with a table, four chairs, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor lounge, perfect for sharing great meals or relaxing in the shade of the oaks. A second private space, located at the back of the gîte, will also allow you to enjoy the calm and tranquility of the place. 🧺 For your comfort, linens are included during your stay: bed linen, blankets, pillows, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. Guest access The owners, on site, remain available if needed. Shared gate, you have a duplicate of the keys. Parking in front of your accommodation for up to 2 vehicles. Other things to note To make the most of your vacation, remember to bring mosquito repellent, sunscreen, and beach towels. 🌿 Capacity of the gîte To ensure everyone's comfort and compliance with safety and insurance standards, our cottage can accommodate up to 4 people, including babies and children 😊 Please respect the number of guests indicated when booking. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for more people. Thank you very much for your understanding and for showing respect for the premises 🌞 🌿 Early check-in & late check-out We always do our best to be accommodating to your needs when possible 😊 Check-in before 5 PM and check-out after 10 AM can be offered upon prior request and depending on our availability. In order to allow us to better organize the cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guests, a supplement of €10 per hour or part thereof will be requested.
