Sideways is a quaint two bedroom cottage which has a double bedroom and a small single bedroom. It is 1 mile from the medieval village of Dunster, Blue Anchor coastline (2 m) and Minehead (4m). The space This cottage is in a fantastic location for those wishing to travel around and explore Exmoor and the surrounding coastline. The cottage has been lovingly decorated throughout with a seaside theme which reflects the local coastal area. Outside the property there is a small gravelled area where guests can enjoy their morning coffee and within 25 yds of the property, a secluded secret garden with fruit trees, mature shrubs and space to relax, play, or simply be. In addition to the two bedrooms, Sideways has a small modern bathroom with a bath and electric shower. There is also a family kitchen diner, and a cosy lounge with a wood burner, and WiFi in addition to an electric panel heating system throughout the house Free parking is located at the local community centre ( despite the notice to the contrary!) just 2mins walk from the cottage. Enjoy breakfast or lunch, with breathtaking sea views at the Driftwood Cafe in Blue Anchor, just 1 mile from the cottage. Take a wander around the shops in the medieval village of Dunster or visit Dunster Castle for some spectacular views and fascinating history. There are plenty of choices for an afternoon cream tea too! Exmoor and the Quantock Hills are within easy travelling distance. It is possible to walk from Sideways to the beach at Blue Anchor across fields, and the West Somerset Steam Railway runs a regular service during summer months from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead, stopping at all stations on request! Bedding and towels are supplied. Please note that Sideways is not suitable for dogs and smoking is only permitted outside.
