The house was an old barn that has been restored to become a spacious and bright stone loft. It is located in Valdemolinos, a village of Sta. Mª del Berrocal. Five people live there daily, so peace and quiet are assured. Piedrahita is 10 minutes away by car for shopping. Just 30 minutes from many places of interest: Peñanegra flight area, Valle del Corneja, La Covatilla ski resort, Jerte Valley and many routes that you can do on foot and also by bike. The space The house is a totally open and bright two-story space where 4 people can sleep comfortably. On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace, TV, a very comfortable and easy-to-assemble double sofa bed, a kitchenette with all the equipment, and the dining room with an extendable table for up to 10 people. There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a spacious room with a double bed, closet and another full bathroom. From the window you can enjoy views of the mountain and the Mirón Castle. If you feel like it, you can climb up on foot, and on your way up see the old Valdemolinos quarry, also enjoying great views of the entire Corneja Valley. From there the sunsets are wonderful. The "Ruta de los Lavaderos" (Laundry Route) passes through Valdemolinos, a circular hiking route of low difficulty and suitable for all ages. There are no services in the village so a car is needed, although 500 meters away is Santa Maria del Berrocal, there are two supermarkets to buy everything you need, a bar for a drink and Piedrahita is also a 10-minute drive away.
