Beautiful River View house located in the historic center of Cazorla, right on the Cerezuelo River and just 1 minute from the center. It has unbeatable views of the Yedra Castle and the Peña de los Halcones. Perfect if you're looking for relaxation, nature, fresh air, but above all, peace and quiet. We offer a FREE PASS to the municipal pool, which is a 5-minute walk from the property. It has heating, air conditioning, a fireplace (with 1 free basket of firewood), and free 600MB of internet. The space The house consists of: - Ground floor: entrance hall, laundry room with sink and washing machine, optional garage for one car (garage price per night: €10). - First floor: living room with fireplace, plasma TV, and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with bathroom and shower. - Second floor: double bedroom with deluxe 160 cm bed, bedroom with trundle bed, bedroom with single bed, bathroom with rain shower. - Third floor: attic with terrace, where you will find an outdoor JACUZZI (upon request - €70 service fee). There is also a BARBECUE (charcoal is provided by you), a sink, and a dining table! "All beds have new, top-quality 30 cm memory foam mattresses." All rooms have windows and balconies with plenty of light and unbeatable views. Guest access - The house is rented as a whole, except for the garage, which depends on whether you want to include it in your reservation or not! - We offer firewood service for the fireplace (1 FREE BASKET during the fireplace season). Each additional basket or box costs €4! - Pets are welcome as long as they are kept under control and never left alone in the house!
