The space As you arrive, a paved driveway and stone path lead you to the front door. Step inside to an open living and dining area where a large sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and a decorative fireplace create a cozy space to unwind, play games, or catch up on your favorite shows. Just off the living room is the first-floor bathroom with a convenient stand-up shower. The beautifully remodeled kitchen boasts quartz countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals or morning coffee. Just beyond, you’ll find the first-floor bedroom furnished with a queen bed. Open the windows and fall asleep to the gentle sound of waves lapping the shore. From both this bedroom and the living room, step outside to the lovely patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in breathtaking lake views. Upstairs, the loft bedroom offers two twin beds in a semi-private setting. Walk through this space to reach the master bedroom, featuring a queen bed, TV, and a newly renovated ensuite bath with a luxurious ceramic-tiled shower and massage showerhead system, designed with your comfort in mind. Outside, the backyard offers plenty of space to lounge in the sun or play games with family and friends. Located just 15 minutes south of Geneva, you’re perfectly positioned to explore the Finger Lakes wine country, local restaurants, and charming towns. Please note that Sail Away does not have boat docking capabilities. Parking is available for up to four vehicles, and the property allows up to two dogs. The home follows local rental guidelines with a maximum occupancy of eight guests.
