You will enjoy a private garden with a heated pool in summer and a private spa, making it ideal for a relaxing stay, family holidays or a romantic weekend getaway. Perfect for 4 people with the option of accommodating a 5th person(sofa bed in the living room). The house offers a peaceful and comfortable setting to explore the region while enjoying your own private wellness space. Outdoor area The garden features: • outdoor lounge furniture • outdoor dining table • sun loungers • barbecue The pool is available from May to September, depending on weather conditions. The spa is open all year round. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 105 m² villa and the private garden. The accommodation has a separate entrance, ensuring privacy during your stay. We live nearby and can welcome you on arrival if needed. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note the following: • The house is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbourhood. • The swimming pool is available from May to September, depending on weather conditions. • The spa is available all year round, perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake, hiking or skiing. • The pool and spa are exclusively reserved for guests. • The house can accommodate up to 5 guests, although it is most comfortable for 4 adults. • Parties and events are not allowed. • Children must be supervised by their parents around the pool and spa.
