In the heart of the Monti della Laga hides the small village of Quintodecimo where you can dive into a unique atmosphere of fresh green fauna and old stone houses. Perfect for people who like to do outdoor activities like trekking and climbing and are looking for a rural nature experience in the Sibillini mountains. The space The small Suite at the very top of Quintodecimo village is part of an old farmhouse, renovated down to the smallest detail, suitable for people in search of tranquility and nature; consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and an outdoor terrace where you can eat, read and relax. Our guests will find a breakfast basket as well as a Bialletti coffeemaker on site so they have everything they need to make themselves breakfast. The car can be parked on front of the house, still you have to feel save driving since the last bit of the road is relatively narrow and steep. If you do feel unsafe going all the way up we are happy to help you, or you can park your car further down the road. Please note that stairs have to be climbed in order to reach the apartment. Other things to note Hardly hit by the earthquakes of 2016, this area of the Marche offers a unique interior and reflective experience. While in some places reconstruction is difficult and slow, other areas are finally recovering to its fully former beauty. You will also see renovation efforts in our village which we hope will eventually give due credit to our beautiful village.
