Description
A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives. The space The house is a large bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen . It has a large veranda with amazing view and facilities of outside cooking. There is also a stove for heating with wood for the cold winter nights. For the winter months (from November to the end of February) we offer monthly special rates on request. Privacy, peacefulness and a feeling of a return to nature and simplicity is for our guests to experience . Guest access Guests can enjoy the village life ( summer vegetable markets, cultural festivals, restaurants, coffee shops, sea sports, hiking, horse riding, golf in Costa Navarino 35 minutes away, visits in various archaeological sites and modern colorful cities like Kalamata, Koroni etc and ancient Messene with its magnificent theatre. In the summer performances theatrical or musical take place under the starry nights and upon such nights they can learn the language of an other world! Other things to note Animals on the property cats and two super friendly dogs. Our guests also can visit our animal farm near by where they can milk our goats pick the eggs etc. The climate resilience tax is included in the booking which is then attributed to the greek government. The tax amounts to 8 euros per night between April and October and to 2 euros per night between November and March.
