We welcome you to Domaine Bardon, located in a small hamlet between Jonzac and Montendre, in the heart of the countryside surrounded by vineyards & sunflower fields. To discover with family or friends all year round. Guests can enjoy the garden, fenced, heated and salted 12 m x 6 m swimming pool, ping pong table, trampoline, badminton and petanque court. The village tennis court is just a short walk away and free. The space The gîte, formerly an inn, includes on the ground floor: - a large living room - a brand new kitchen (2022) and very well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer... - bedroom 1: 1 king size bed 160 x 200 wheelchair access - bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 sinks and toilet, wheelchair access upstairs: - bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 1 single bed - bedroom 3: 3 single beds - bedroom 4: 1 king size bed 160 x 200, 2 single beds and a baby bed - bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet - private terrace with garden furniture and BBQ -parking directly serving the gîte is free - swimming pool shared with another vacation rental unless both vacation rentals are booked together For more information about the cottages and the area you can find us on our Facebook page under "Domaine Bardon" or our website "domainebardon" Guest access - direct access from the parking lot to the cottage - private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue - heated and salted pool from early April (depending on the weather) to late September. Other things to note Baby bed, highchair, baby bath, etc. on request. Bed linen and towels are provided. However, if you wish to bring them, a discount of €60 will be given to you upon arrival. Let us know 7 days before your arrival. For winter stays, a stove can be used, please provide an extra €8 per bag of wood. Please advise before arrival. No fireworks allowed.
