Our shared apartment has been newly renovated since March 2020. The private bedroom is about 14 m² with/without balcony. We offer an 80 m² shared kitchen/living room, and 2 toilets, a bathroom with shower. There are many supermarkets, coffee and great ice cream shops in the area. KIT is about a 10-minute walk away. The tram station is just a few minutes away. 10 min by public transport to the city center, Schlossgarten, etc.
