The Tennessee Texan

The Tennessee Texan is a private apartment just a boot-scoot away from the Honky-Tonks on Broadway and the Nashville Airport. At around 5 miles from Nissan stadium parking, it is also an ideal spot for any NFL fan. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with its larger rooms with brand new furnishings, and is located in the basement apartment of the host's home. The space •Private entrance •1 bedroom with 2 queen beds •1 bathroom •Kitchen amenities include: microwave, small refrigerator, and Keurig coffee machine •Flat screen with Roku TV •Off street parking •List of best restaurants, bars, breweries, and distilleries in town upon your arrival •Coffee provided Guest access •You have the full lower level apartment to yourself. The host lives on the main level. You'll receive all of the details, address, and information with your entry code a few days prior to your arrival. Other things to note •Check-in is at 4pm. •Check out is promptly at 10am. If you check out after 10am, an additional $50/hour will be added to your reservation costs. Please check out on time :) •Host and guest can discuss different check in / out times, if available. Please note that the host may not be able to accommodate the request. •We do comply with local Metro regulations, and have a Short-Term Rental Permit that is displayed in the apartment.
