Guesthouse, situated at Triantaros village on a slope near Aghia Varvara (altitude of 110m), 4,5 km from the capital and the port of Tinos (Tinos Chora), in a really characteristic Cycladic landscape. The house pays great respect to the typical architecture of the Greek Islands, especially the Cycladic ones. It has a southeastern orientation and an outstanding view, straight out to the Aegean Sea and the islands of Mykonos and Delos. Developed in 2 levels, it can host up to 8 people. The space This 110 sqm house is developed on two levels and has just been renovated. The main entrance of the building leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room. From there, you have direct access to the main large veranda, offering a straight view of the Aegean Sea and, further up, the islands of Mykonos and Delos. It has a big table suitable for relaxation and dining. At the ground floor level, there are 4 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin, and 1 single with 1 extra, i.e., portable bed), a bathroom with a shower, and a main exit to the backyard and the BBQ. The main yard has the same view as the balcony, it’s very spacious and is separated from the back one. The house has many windows and doors, and thanks to its favorable southeastern orientation, it is naturally ventilated during the summer. There is no need for air conditioning, although fans are available in every room. Additionally, there are ceiling fans in the two bedrooms with double beds, as well as one in the living room on the upper floor. Outside, there is a private parking space for two cars in a shared area with the neighboring houses, as well as a large surrounding area for exclusive use, which ensures the house’s privacy.
