The tranquil Calsay Burn stream flows through the garden, creating a peaceful backdrop for your stay. We invite you to enjoy our wood-fired hot tub, or gather around our two fire pits as evening falls. Your continental breakfast includes fresh eggs from our own hens, alongside a thoughtfully prepared selection of ham, cheese, cereals, bread, and preserves. We provide fresh orange juice, milk, tea, and coffee to start your day right. The kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, though you might be tempted by the award-winning Boars Head Gastro Pub in the town square or the Railway Tavern in nearby Strathmiglo - both welcome dogs Guest access We believe in giving our guests space while being readily available when needed. Self check-in via lockbox offers convenience and flexibility for your arrival. We live next door and are happy to share local knowledge about the best walks, pet-friendly spots, and hidden gems in the area. Whether you need recommendations for scenic drives, help with the hot tub, or insider tips about local attractions, we're just a message away. For your privacy, we never enter the property during your stay unless requested. However, we're quick to respond to any questions or needs you might have. We're particularly knowledgeable about pet-friendly activities and can suggest perfect walking routes or dining spots that welcome four-legged friends. We maintain rigorous cleaning protocols, using antibacterial sprays for all hard surfaces, followed by steam cleaning of hard-to-reach areas. We finish with UV-C disinfection for soft furnishings, ensuring a thoroughly sanitized space for your stay. The hot tub requires four hours' notice for first use as it needs time to fill and heat. Let us know in advance if you'd like it ready for your arrival. Please also be aware that the hot tub is outside and if there is a hard frost we are unable to fill it due to frozen pipes. You'll find everything you need for indoor comfort too, including high-speed WiFi, a 42-inch HDTV with streaming services. For practicality, there is plenty free parking, an EV charging point, and self-check-in via lockbox. The entire space is on one level, making it accessible and convenient for all our guests.
