City Centre with River views

4 storey Victorian townhouse with stunning views of River Exe. 10 minutes walk from St Davids and Central train stations & the city center. The room is spacious with a king sized bed and is located on the second floor of the house, so 2 flights of steps to climb. I live with my teenage daughter, one cat and a friendly Labrador . It is a comfortable family home in a great location. You’re welcome to make a tea/coffee in the kitchen and sit on the decking to enjoy the sun setting. The space A four-storey Victorian town house with river views in an excellent city center location. It's quiet too as there is no through traffic. There is a king sized bed, rail, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp. Guest access Shared access to the family bathroom or if they prefer a downstairs cloak room with shower. Kitchen to make a cup of tea/coffee and when it's warm enough the conservatory and outside decked area. During your stay I'm around to help with any queries you may have. Other things to note We have one cat and a dog No food is provided. The room is up three flights of stairs. There is no parking.
