A 3-bedroom house, ideal for a quiet and relaxing family vacation, very near a like-private sandy beach. Amazing location! It is equipped with nearly everything, from books to beach toys, to herbs for cooking, and it is kids-friendly! The space ***Because of the COVID pandemic, before each new guest, we pay special attention to carefully cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces that guests mostly touch.*** Havikee is located in a secluded area of exceptional natural beauty. In 85sq.m., it has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk beds. It is one hour away from the Thessaloniki airport (SKG) and really close to some of the country's most beautiful and clean beaches! A two-minute walk to the beach and a ten-minute drive to the market, port, beach bars, good restaurants, make it super convenient! Moreover, archaeological sites, picturesque villages, beautiful forests, and posh resorts are just a short drive away! The nearby beach is sandy and naturally shady by eucalyptus trees, so it's ideal for relaxing or playing for hours, without necessarily roasting under the sun! The house is semi-detached, it has two shady parking spaces, air conditioning, and it is fully equipped and children-friendly (toys, baby cot, etc.). So, come!
