Lovely double room in attic space with extra bed

Lovely attic space within my home with double bed and a single bed on the other side. The rest of the home is shared; a clean bathroom with bath and shower ,a kitchen with all appliances, a living room with tv and a balcony with superb hill views. It is a relaxed friendly home with a cat. I love meeting people and do my best to make guests feel comfortable. I am very aware of being COVID safe !! Note..THIS IS A NEW SPACE...
