Comfy room with double bed, sole use of spacious bathroom, hot shower /bath and fresh towels . Ideal location for the races 15 min walk and station 8 minute by foot. Trains to London Waterloo and Reading. Restaurants close by in Ascot and Sunninghill. The house is situated next to woodland, quiet small cul-de- sac. Good for leisure/business. Attractions- Sunningdale & The Berkshire golf. Close to Park and Ride for PGA at Wentworth. Polo and picnic in Windsor Great Park! Legoland. The space Detached house. The room overlooks the garden and has a comfy king sized bed . Immediately next to it is a large bathroom for your sole use. There are tea/coffee making facilities in the room, wardrobe space hair dryer and long mirror. Use of fridge if required. Not suitable for home working.
