Lustica Exclusive is located in an old stone house,renovated in the year 2017 in the Mediterranean style and is a combination of old and new furnishings.Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower.Terrace it's spacious with a view to the open sea and swimming pool. The space We offer: outdoor swimming pool 12 x 8 x 1.5 m, large area around the pool with deckchairs and baldachin, with a large garden with olive trees and vine grape.Lounge bar for guests.Breakfast available on site. Guest access At the bar we offer domestic products, berry, cheese, olives, homemade cookies, ice cream, home-made wine and juices.Here you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner, organize lunch and dinner in agreement with you.Cooking food domestically, on a fire under bells or on a grill. Other things to note We offer three more apartments in a separate house,divided on the ground floor and floor with a large area. On the ground floor one bedroom with three bed and studio apartment for two persons.On the first floor there area large two sleeping rooms apartment with five beds.The total capacity of our apartments is 14 +3 beds.We also have a small museum of old things, an olive mill, hand make souvenirs . The place is quite isolated and it is obligatory to have its own transport !! Mandatory collection of tourist tax: 1 Eur per day for adults per person, 0.50 EUR per day for people aged 12 to 18 years, Children under 12 years do not pay.
